Axell Logistics (NL) achieves internationally recognized certification for food safety

Diessen, February 2021 – Axell Logistics achieved the IFS Logistics 2.2 certification with a score of 93.66%. The IFS standard has been specially developed for storage, distribution and transport, as well as loading and unloading activities aimed at food safety, among other things.

Quality standard for storage, distribution and transport in the supply chain

On 30 November 2020, an external audit was carried out at the Axell Logistics location in Etten-Leur. An independent auditor assessed the location on the quality standard IFS Logistics 2.2. The purpose of this IFS standard is to ensure comparability and transparency throughout the supply chain. And in addition, to come to a standard for determining uniform evaluation systems.
