Logistics Mission to the United States: Las Vegas, San Bernadino, Los Angeles
8-14 February 2026Just like in previous years, HIDC will organize a logistics mission to the United States in February 2026, provided there is sufficient interest.
The main goal of this mission is to connect participating companies and organizations with potential clients, expand their local networks, and explore the latest developments and innovations in supply chain management across the U.S.
Why the United States?
Despite ongoing uncertainties surrounding trade tariffs, the U.S. remains the Netherlands’ most important trading partner outside Europe and one of the main origins of cargo flows entering the European market through the Netherlands.
Moreover, thanks to the scale of its logistics operations and its favorable investment climate for technological development, the U.S. is a global frontrunner in supply chain innovation — particularly in areas such as digitalization, automation, AI and machine learning, and digital twins.
Program
- The journey begins on Sunday evening, 8 February, in Las Vegas with a welcome dinner.
- On Monday morning, we’ll start with a networking session with a local trade promotion organization. In the afternoon, we’ll attend the official opening of Manifest, followed by the conference program.
- Tuesday and Wednesday will be spent at Manifest, which offers a variety of networking opportunities throughout the agenda.
- On Thursday morning, we’ll travel to San Bernardino, where we’ll visit San Bernardino Airport, meet local exporters, and tour a company in the region.
- That evening, we’ll continue to Los Angeles, where we’ll start Friday morning with another networking event, followed by two company visits in the afternoon.
- We’ll conclude the mission with a group dinner on Friday evening.
Las Vegas, Manifest
Manifest, taking place from 9 to 11 February 2026 at The Venetian in Las Vegas, is the international event for innovation and transformation in supply chain and logistics.
The event brings together Fortune 500 companies, logistics service providers, innovators, and investors to explore the latest technologies, trends, and networking opportunities shaping the future of global logistics.
With over 7,000 expected attendees from more than 60 countries, an extensive conference program featuring leading speakers from international companies, and a large exhibition floor with technology showcases and demos, Manifest offers a unique platform to connect with the international supply chain community and gain fresh inspiration on innovation.
During the exhibition, NDL will host a joint Netherlands Pavilion featuring NL branding. Participants in the mission will be able to present their company through logo visibility and a PR video, and use the stand as a meeting point for their own business contacts.
