Richard is a mathematician by education and has gain long-tem experience in the logistics world at CEVA Logistics (formerly TNT Logistics). Since 2020, he has been working at JLL focusing on logistics real estate.
Sven Bertens, Head of Research & Strategy JLL Netherlands
Sven has been following the Dutch real estate market and in particular the logistics real estate market for years. Levering collected data and knowledge within the JLL organization, he and his team advise various parties on strategic real estate issues.
